Split fiction EA server connection

I keep getting error code 103-40010000 when trying to play online with Split Fiction. This is on PS5 and Xbox. I’ve rebooted the router, tried several different DNS, cleared cache, rebuilt data base...

would be nice if they just released games with no problems like the good ol days
