I keep getting error code 103-40010000 when trying to play online with Split Fiction. This is on PS5 and Xbox.
I’ve rebooted the router, tried several different DNS, cleared cache, rebuilt data base, restored licences, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, made sure my account is suspended or banned, not that it should be.
i can play other titles, such as it takes two etc is anyone else experiencing this? I have reported it to EA, but have no solution as yet

An update went out this morning to help with this one. When you get a chance, update the game and test it out, and see if you get the same errors. If you do, let me know.

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately it didn’t work
if you unlink your ea account from your xbox or psn on the ea website and then relink it should fix the issue it happened to me with split fiction and it fixed the problem
