We have had this issue after the first chapter where a loading screen came up with “content download in progress”. We waited the 15ish minutes for it to complete. But the same thing has happened after the second chapter. This is not normal…

Same situation here also, at 99% and still sitting at it. Fully downloaded, brand new install. I’m at like chapter 3 when they argue with the publisher about stealing their ideas. I think that’s the right chapter.
I’m encountering it on Xbox and it’s fully downloaded until maybe chapter 3-4. It’s been sitting at this for 20 minutes
