Me and my friend can only get a minute into the game then it kicks one of us out and says unable to connect to ea servers. My error code is 102-40050000. I’m ok friends pass and my friend owns the game, please help.

Unfortunately I got the same problem after about a minute of playtime, error code 102-400e50000. My PlayStation didn’t crash this time so I have no error history to show.

We got a bit of an update on PS5 players running into connection issues and crashing reports.
If you are playing with other players on PC - Steam specifically - that Steam player may have emojis or symbols in their name. They need to remove these from their Steam Profile.
Once this is done, try to connect again with that player.
This may not apply to all of these reports, but wanted to pass along the info to you!
