Split fiction PS5 Error 102-40050000

Icekacang3 It's been reported to the team. Can you reset the password to your EA account,  and your PS account, then log back into the game and test it for me?

I am having the same problem. have tried to connect with a friend (I own the game he is using friends pass) and constantly get Error 102 saying cannot connect to EA servers. Been two straight days of trying.

Ive also run the connection test on my PS5 and it says the NAT is failing

I am getting the same thing on xbox. My fiance and I each have our own xbox so we can game together.  I bought the game, she has the friends pass.  When I send the invite, she accepts, but as it attempts to connect to EA servers we both get disconnected.  I get the 102-0 code, she gets 104-20004 code.
