Split Fiction will not download

I purchased Split Fiction with my debit card (the payment went through) and on the game hub, it will not let me download the game, even though it says I own the standard edition. I can press the download button but it doesn't load and eventually times out and says that I can't download it without owning it. I've tried downloading from multiple places and have done many other troubleshooting options(restarting my PC, Closing the EA App entirely, Logging in from another PC). I am looking for a way to either refund and repurchase or a system reset that would allow me to download the game.
