10h trial

I have had ea play for a while now I downloaded fc 27 last night went to play the free trial and it said it has expired I must have tried it 30 times still the same. Why is this happening I am not happy and would like to play the free trial

Same thing happened to me right now. First time downloading and time expired message popped up immediately
