Account Recovery
I’m trying to help a friend recover his account, but he doesn’t speak English. When he tries to play FIFA online and is prompted to log in with his EA account, it shows that another email is registered. However, when he logs into his EA account to link it with his PlayStation account, it says there’s already an EA account linked to his PlayStation. He also tried removing the EA account from his PlayStation settings, but nothing related to EA appears there.

They can take a look at how they can help him recover his EA account. They have support options for a variety of languages if you just change the language of the webpage.
