Cannot Cancel EA play membership

When I go to https://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel to cancel the membership, there is an error and the website redirects to the main page.

I have not idea who to contact or how to do it to cancel the membership, but I already got billed an extra mouth that I did not want.
