I want to get EA play pro so I can play the games in it but he app and the website keeps giving me the message that they cannot verify my debit card. I tried with four different cards and that is the only message i get. Tried with pay pal too and still cannot get the membership. Contacted the Revolut support and they tried everything to make it happen but couldn't. What can i do and why is this happening?
i connected ea live support and they cannot do anything about it i tried absolute everything i am trying for about 3 days now and i just cannot add my card

Anyway ea wont do anything, either you buy the ultimate edition from steam and play it from there, or you end your fifa career with fc 26 which was the worst game they have created ever.
I think that the region is broken because when i tried with every payment method my default region was Ireland every single time
I have the feeling we are all from bulgaria, and most likely thats the common thing between our accounts. I will give you some information on what i found - apparently ea.com is not PSD2 Compliant, which is a requirement for payments to go through, so either we have to call our banks and make them do something about it, or we are screwed.
I also tried contacted the live support and they told me that the issue is from the bank i tried with 3 different payments paypal, revolut and my local bank nothing worked and the support told me that the issue is coming from
the banks
Saved payment method also doesnt work, paypal ALSO doesnt work, which just means it is something from the ea app itself, please check what are the similarities between the accounts and find the issue
I am also having the same issue. I have contacted my bank and they are not blocking ANYTHING. Also i tried with 3 different cards, the issue still persists. This error is CLEARLY on EA side, but they are too lazy and know only to give generic answers. Everything you have given as tips in the troubleshooting is absolutely useless and does nothing. How hard is it to take the time and check what the actual issue is, it is now happening to a lot of ppl.

Have you tried adding your payment information as a Saved Payment Method before trying to purchase the subscription? From the image you included, it looks like you were inputting your payment information directly during checkout. If you have any other payment methods, it might be worth testing those to see if anything changes.
In the meantime, were you able to try out the earlier troubleshooting steps?
