EA Play & Game Pass ultimate library issues

I just recently bought gamepass ultimate and as yall know, it comes with ea play; the problem is that my games don't show up in the ea app and the website asks me to join ea play, my membership says ...

    Hi there,

    EA Play isn't available for Apple macOS or the Apple platform in general.
