This problem has been going on for 2 weeks and it's still not solved. I feel like it shouldn't have taken this long to fix this kind of an issue, I can't even put into words how unbelievably absurd this is. 2 weeks worth of subscription money down the drain for the person that created this thread. It might not be much, but from a customer's perspective, these kinds of situations really hurt your image as a company (at least in my eyes, and pretty sure most of the users in Turkey). Frustration is an understatement on how we, the customer, feel for this kind of conduct where it takes more than 14 days to take care of such a problem.
