Thanks for the reply EA_Barry I have completed the new user/orientation steps, but still did not receive the EA Play Welcome Pack or July CFB Ultimate pack for being an EA Play member.

Any other suggestion besides opening a ticket with EA Support? Unlink then re-link my account?
