EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

So I bought the ea play pro membership for pc today. and was able to play madden 26 for a few hours then out of nowhere my ea play pro membership randomly gets canceled  [Title edited by CM]

    Hey folks,

    Thank you all for your patience while we looked into this issue.

    There appears to have been a billing issue, and any purchases made during that time should be refunded. If you want to make use of EA Play Pro, you'll need to repurchase a subscription.

I subscribed to EA play pro yesterday and today I was surprised by an email that my membership was canceled and  There is no response and I cannot find a solution.
