Ea Play Pro glitch

Bought ea play pro last year in november. Never got any of the rewards and then after EA play pro was glitched on my account. It shows that its active and shows on the ea app that i own it when I only paid for it once. I can't get rid of it causing me to not be able to buy a new membership. I put a picture of what it shows. Then when i would try to reactivate the membership it doesn't change anything. Its like EA play is stuck in the past and stuck on my account. I have had multiple fixes and talks with the EA helpdesk and no one seems to have a fix.
