EA Play Pro Subscription accepted debit cards, but not full game purchases.

Hello,

I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did.

Please assist me in resolving the issue as soon as possible, as I would like to purchase a game during the Black Friday sale.
