EA Play PRO subscription failed but charged
I see multiple people complaining about the same issue.
Basically while trying to pay for EA Play PRO monthly, it said it failed but it was charged from my account, and subscription is not active.
In account management, when i check order history, it says that subscription failed, but i still got charged.
Anyone got help with any of this? Is there a solution i can try?
Reached out to EA Help on twitter, no reply. Did a "ticket" on help page, but no reply of any kind. Not even sure that it went through, and no option for a live chat with support (tried via VPN from USA as well, no luck).
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
