Ea play refund

Hey im trying to get a refund on ea play pro now but everytime i try and find anything related to refunding it it tells me to contact ea support but when i try and contact ea support and make a ticket i cant send it because i have to choose a game or product but ea play is not on the list then i tried the refund tool but ea play is not on there either
