Try the following
- Close the EA app.
- navigate to the Xbox app
- Go to settings (click your name top left corner)
- Select "extensions"
- Disable the extension for the EA App
- Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
- You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension"
- Enable the EA app extension
- Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically
- Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game

@sourpatchy17627 If you do not recognize it, we suggest contacting EA Help and having an advisor look at the account with you to make sure the account is not compromised.
Everything worked as you said until the last moment, but when I click on any game in the ea app, the screen with the "install" button does not appear, it remains on a black screen. I would be happy if you help- EA_Shepard1 year ago

@EnesRS08 Try these as well
- Go to the Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Uninstall EVERY SINGLE Microsoft C++ Redistributable
- Download the EA App installer but DON’T RUN YET
- go to VC-Redist and download the appropriate architecture of the latest C++
- Install the C++ Package
- Go to Local Disk/Program Files/ Electronic Arts AND DELETE THE ENTIRE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER
- Restart Computer
- Install EA App
