How To Request A Refund For EA Play Subscription

Hello, my EA PLAY PRO subscription renewed itself for a year but I was subscribing montly before this happened I've no idea why it became yearly, I was thinking about to cancelling my subscription but I saw it renewed itself as a yearly subscription and I've paid without my knowledge. I'm sorry if my English is bad, but apperently it's renewed today and I did cancel my subscription but I'm asking for a refund because I've never chosen a yearly subscription!

    Hi, am just going around the houses... The subject i need to chat to someone about is not covered. I subscribed to EA play a couple of hours ago and the games are glitchy - cant see the graphics and uploading is buggy (saying and failing to fix) i i joined annual to play C+C. I have tried everything, not technically minded. I await a refund on another C+C product that was the worse graphics i have ever seen. The play EA subscription shows in orders, but no option to request a refund and no option to speak to anyone to request.

    Yes, I've seen that you guys replied like this to many people and it is just not helping at all. I've cancelled my montly subscription to Ea Play Pro then you guys renewed it as yearly subscription without my knowledge. This is what I am trying to tell you people. I did not want to subscribe that's why I'm asking for a refund and I think this is pretty exeptional because I did not do anything wrong.
