Just paid for annual subscription but nothing appears active.

OK so bit of back story: I have been playing Mass Effect on and off for around a year. I went to play tonight and it wouldn't load. I usually play through Steam/EA Play, but it also forces the load up through the EA Play app. I thought "maybe by sub has expired as i got it about a year ago". I decide to subscribe again, but did it direct through the app on my laptop.

The app very quickly took my payment, but hasn't sent me an email confirmation or receipt and the EA play app and website have no information regarding current subscriptions. As far as the website appears to suggest, I don't have an active subscription on EA Play, Steam, XBox or PSN - I have no idea what I spent the money on! The reference in my bank transactions says "EA *Electronic Arts Help.Ea.Com CH", which could just about refer to anything from the subscription description to giving the help team a tip.

Frankly, EA has been annoying me for a while in a few different areas so now I'm thinking i just want my money back and i'll spend it elsewhere. I can't contact EA directly as they only have either Twitter or Online Chat. Chat has a queue length of 99+ (which isn't going down), and I don't use Twitter so resorting to the help forums to see if someone knows what I can do. Also, very angry about the lack of payment receipt/confirmation email. What are they playing at!?

Where has my money gone and how do i get it back?
