Code Works But No Game

My code worked to put it in the Microsoft store for the playtest, but nothing downloaded or happened after that. I tried the code twice, and it worked both times, but then nothing happened. No game shows up in my downloads and no access to the game in the store (still wants me to pay for the version). I have not been able to play it at all. Wondering if this is a widespread issue or just something that is not working for me.
