EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code
Hi, I was invited to take part in the survey and was ensured after 10 days since completing it I would receive the code I chose. I’m yet to receive this and it’s be around 11/12 days

I did the recent play test And I completed the survey then it asked me to select one free game title for my contribution. And said I would receive the game code within ten days .
And still I've received nothing at all and it's day 9. Has anyone else had this same problem.
And does anybody know the email address the game codes are sent by .
And if anyone from ea is monitoring these messages can they provide me with an explanation and how to ge
I've been waiting as well. Not a single but of guidance from them its been so vague.
I have now been informed that it is 10 days from the date of which .the survey we all did closes. And that was on the 19th of November.
So it is intact 10 days from then. Not ten days from the date you completed the survey.
I hope that clears it up for you . I personally think it is the way the survey confirmation message was written and the language it used was easy to miss read. But once you actually read it properly it makes sense

Probably emailed them twice and still nothing. Had an issue with an old test and emailed then too. They NEVER respond to that address.
They don't respond to that email either. It's a joke. In all the years I've gotten more help coming on this forum than waiting for them to respond.
One has exactly the same too. No code received. Glad it’s not just me
I'm 12 days today still nothing I've even emailed them twice and got no response I think its pretty trash from them.
I haven't received my code after 12 days either.
read above buddy 👍 they've confirmed its 10 days from the date of the survey close date so it should be with all of us by the 29th
Same for me. Showed support the screenshot saying 10 days and the email saying before 19th nov or when codes have ran out and the guy just kept saying that it’s 10 days from the 19th. Then asked if there was anything else and wouldn’t respond to me telling him it’s 10 days from doing the survey. Tried them the next day and the woman just wouldn’t help at all said it wasn’t her area…. I emailed them 4 times and have had exactly zero reponse. So maddening
Thanks for that info I have sent 3 emails with nothing back i do feel a little bad but why did they not reply and make it more clear
If anyone receives there email with the game code they picked . Let me know so I can see if EA actually do as they said they would.
I have done play tests in the pass. With the promise of free cake codes from ea and never received anything that time either.
But I'm here with fingers crossed I will receive something in the next few days . Come on EA .
Got this today hope this gives us a chance of it happening.
