I redeemed my code to Xbox and nothing downloaded…
I had an Xbox Series X code which redeemed fine and found the playtest but I can’t find it to download anywhere. I’ve checked the add-ons to EAFC26 and tried redeeming again but nothing is working

After you’ve put in the code & it seems to accept it, go to…
- Xbox button & click on “My games & apps”
- See all
- Full Library
- Along to the “Free with Xbox” tab
- Go down to “Demos”
- This is where “EA Sports FC Playtest” was sitting for me
- Launching the game from here then started the download into my Queue
