Good morning, I have reedemed the code for the latest ea sports fc play test but the download didn’t start on my Xbox series x.
When I tried to put the code again it said the code has already been used.
What should I do to fix the issue ?

To fix this problem, I went to my profile> settings> account> payment and billing> order history. In your order history you should see the game, then you can tap A and should be able to download from there! Hope this helped
Hey, where did you access that? Is that on the console? The consoles website? EAs website??
Found it, for PS go to your game library and then 'Your Collection' it'll be there, 'EA SPORTS FC PLAYTEST' if you already have FC26 downloaded just click on it'll and it will show up

This worked for me too, originally I tried looking at my latest download from the queue section but didn’t do anything just loaded the standard. 54gb though, not tonight then.
