I received an email to do a survey in the game so far but a couple question there was an error and I can't do anymore questions?

Same thing happened to me, after 3 questions it said ‘you dont qualify for this survey’ says that every time I click the link now.
Same here! Annoying as now I can’t give any feedback…
Would be nice if they could resend the survey. I’m locked out as well
