Blurry visuals

Summarize your bug Game looks like its using some kind of amd fsr antialiasing, which means that it looks blurry and some pixels present ghostung through all the gameplay on any racing mode.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Logitech Driving Force GT
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Desktop (from Brasil)
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any game mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Its not an isolates bug, it is just a permanent more blurry on the edges of moving objects, just like as if I have amd fsr on, but I use the Taa Fx Fidelity
What do you expect to see? As in f122 and f123, I expect to see the edges 9f objects keeping its properties though all the gameplay, not looking like it is blurry.
