Brake Bias resets to 50% at start of any type of session

Summarize your bug When choosing any default or custom setup the brake bias always reset to 50% at start of any session.

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Moza R9 - Moza FSR Wheel - Moza CRP pedals
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Eastlink 1000Mb/s
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a custom setup with BB set to 58% and when you start the Race or Quali or Time trial it is always reset to 50%
What happens when the bug occurs? BB sets to 50%
What do you expect to see? It keeps the setting

Seems that no matter what setup I choose the brake bias always is 50% when starting any session type.  I always have to adjust it back to what I had originally set it to which is always a value above 50%.
