Car running slow and ERS stops working

Summarize your bug After the last update, the ERS stops working, even with the overtaking button active and consequently, the car becomes slow, at first I thought it was a defect in my control ,but I tested it on two different controls and the problem repeated itself

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whether online, single player, career mode or my team mode, this problem can happen in any game mode, the car will slow down and the ERS will stop working.
