Copyright claims on Youtube even with "theme" settings that should prevent this?

I just got copyright claims on my videos from F1 24 even though i have the "theme" music settings that should prevent this and have only non copyrighted music in the game. Yet i am getting copyright ...

@F1-Mercedes Hey! Are you able to share a screenshot of the claim, showing the company that is making the claim (previously it was Tunecore so I'd assume this is still the case). Thanks!

    @F1-Mercedes Thanks for sharing. It doesn't mention Tunecore on there so it looks like this may be coming directly from FOM. It may mention the copyright claimant on the email notification. Could you take a look?

    I got 3-4 Claimsmyself, after the topic should be clarified. The last one came on June 29th on an F1 23 Video.

    If I contradict the claim - with reference to the statements of EA here - this objection was also rejected. I have tried this 2 times.
