Summarize your bug the background menu are blackscreen, the all types of races (multiplayer/singleplayer) are black screen too, the sound is heard, I can move, you can even see some things (like the rearview mirror), yesterday everything worked fine, after playing like 3 hours i got tired, then i pause the game mid race. after I woke up, my pc got bluescreen, then i tried to restart my pc, after that i opened f1 again and this happend, i have tried to update my NVDIA driver to the newer version, and its still doesnt works, i tried everything before, hope it will be fixed soon because I can't play. @Wishkey91 Similar issues have been reported by other players over the past few weeks. I believe the most common fix has been to clear your hardware settings.
Here's how to find and delete your hardware settings file:
- If already running, close F1 24
- On the storage device you have F1 24 installed, go to: Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\F1 24\hardwaresettings
- Delete both the hardware_settings_config.xml and hardware_settings_info.xml files
- Re-load F1 24
