F1 24 lag

Hello everyone

When playing F1 24, the game's animation, single-player mode, and settings all lag all the time. The FPS can sometimes reach 60 but most of the time it's 20-30. I upgraded the graphics card and RAM for this,but no improvement.

I ask many players for this problem,but this problem is still exists.

my computer set:

CPU:I7-10700F

RAM:16GB*2 DDR4 2933

GPU:RTX 4060 OC 8GB

Screen:1080p
