F1 24 won't start on PC

I have purchased F1 24 just two days ago via Steam, played it for 8 hours and all of a sudden it won't start on my PC.

After the loading screen it just goes dark and will never start. 

I've read that this is a common issue on PC and still not fixed?

The real disgrace though is (from what i read)  that you won't give people a refund? 

Why should i pay for a product that i cannot use?
