I cant start the F1 24 game on my laptop

Yesterday I downloaded the F1 24 game trough the gamepass but unfortunatly it will not start. I cant get passt the initial little loading screen in the middle. It appears for half a minute and after that it closes and the game crashes. I deinstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, restartet my laptop 5 times, I installed the anti cheat and inserted the game in the anti cheat, I made a "reparation" in the EA App and I even deleted my carche but still nothing works. What can I do to make it work?
