    @Roby53rolle

    Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

    Some general troubleshooting steps:

    Thanks.

  • I've tried everything you suggested me, and the game still crashes. Any other advise?

  • I'm having the same problem, but I found a fix. Go to windows settings and turn on memory integrity. Here are the steps:

    Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation > Turn on Memory Integrity(Toggle off/on if already on)

    If this setting is not visible in the security section, you may have to enable virtualization in your BIOS

  • @EA_Barry This is a known issue across games using EA anti-cheat with ASUS motherboards (ASUS drivers), not just F1 24. If you go on to Battlefield 2042 forum, you will find lots of reports with the same issue (BSOD after game close).

    Please forward this report and have someone look into it

  • @Roby53rolle i have a similar problem. While i’m playing and i exit from a session (or i finish a session) to return at menu, the game crashes, my pc keeps blocked for one or two seconds, and then shut down (without blue screen).

  • Did all this as well with the same issue. No change. Everything checks out fine through system scans
