No VSC ending warning - Causing DT penalties

Summarize your bug There is a game breaking bug in Multiplayer. When a VSC deploys, there is no message or popup/warning when the VSC is about to end. It just immediately jumps to Resume racing, causing drivers to constantly get Drive thru penalties (Which isn't even a DT penalty anymore in current F1, but that's for another day sigh)

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In an Online race where a VSC is deployed. In all previous versions of F1, there would be a warning "VSC Ending soon" that would pop up. This is no longer happening. Drivers are being caught over delta and given Drive Through penalties because the game is not notifying them that the VSC is ending. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Drive through penalty given, which leads to their race being over essentially. 
What do you expect to see? It should act accordingly and give warning when it is about to end.
