[PS5] G29 Pedal Issue

I have got an issue where if I use my G29, it shows the brake being pressed 20% permanently, and when I press the throttle it sends both brake and throttle to 100% at the same time.

The brake does nothing 

If I try to set the pedals up manually, it sets the throttle pedal to the brake.
