Voice control unava

I recently bought F1 24 and i discovered that i can talk with my engineer but when i start the game it says Voice control unavalabile, i tried this tutorial https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Bug-Reports/Voice-control-unavailable-f1-23/m-p/12935439 but it doesn`t work
