Summarize your bug VR looks terrible when driving...other screens fine. I downloaded the suggested Nvidia driver 551.23 and when that didn't work the latest driver. Same issue...almost a shimmering screen door effect, like you might see in extreme heat in the desert but worse... that for me makes the game 100% unsatisfying to play. It only happens in the actual driving mode. not in any other screens. Example, when in garage, and after leaving, horizontal lines, like fencing, are slightly moving almost like shimmering. When driving, this also affects curbs and such making it very unpleasant. I tried with two headsets.. The HP Reverb G2 and the Quest 3. Same thing. I adjusted graphics settings from the Low to ultra high. I run high end system...13900kf Intel cpu, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090...lots of memory everywhere. I also own F1 23 and it looks fantastic. I duplicated the exact same graphic settings in 24 and it's terrible. I also duplicated settings from Steam VR so same in f1 23 and 24. One more thing having hard time resolving. When I hit for an instant replay, the view is rearwards. No idea how to change that. But can't use instant replay until that's fixed. Until I can resolve these two issues I cannot play this game. I only do race sims in VR.

What happens when the bug occurs? already described this is not intermittent but whenever I am in drive mode in VR...both issues...bad graphics and rearward view in instant replay.
What do you expect to see? clear image that blows my mind, like in f1 23.
don't have any additional comments other than I keep going back and forth between F1 23 and 24 to confirm one looks fantastic..the new one like poo.
I had this issue and what actually solved this for me was to
* set the Window Resolution high, since it appears the game will render in headset in whatever your game window resolution is so try setting that to 1920x1080 or something similar
* In Video Mode, use either of the TTA options for supersampling.
