No rain visuals in wet rain mode

When playing F1 25 2026 DLC but also the 25 game itself, i do not see any track effects when it is raining. I do not see any dry racing line, no spray and also no reflections.  I have tried every graphics setting but i cannot change the visuals of the rain. When i run the race in very wet, i do see spray and reflections but in normal wet mode I do not.

Some of my friends do see the rain effect while other do not. The friend that is seeing the effect is using an AMD card and the rest uses a Nvidia card.
