Wet weather

As many have said the ai are probably 1.5-2 seconds a lap quicker in the wet compared to the dry at the same ai level... this has been a issue for a while but seems worse than ever this year .

Therefore please could we have the option to disable wet weather in career mode? I feel like this would be a nice option anyway but it is pretty much vital with the imbalance in ai difficulty at the moment. 

Ideally the ai difficulty will be patched but I don't have much faith in this as it is a long standing problem so why not give us the option to disable weather like we can in a single race.  Thanks!
