I fix it. I needed to go to my order history and click om my order and change my payment medhod and control it and save.
my booking is "processing...", but I think that's normal, since the game isn't out yet, at least I have the game in the library etc and the payment details etc are correct...i just can't pre-load it, i get an error
- @EA_Pulsar my order is in "processing" status, but I pre-order it 2 months ago and the game is already in the library, I just can't pre-load it....i get error everytime
- @EA_Pulsar i pre ordered the game but it keeps sending me an email saying there's an issue with your pre order u have to update the payment method i did that and it keep saying the same stuff but i do have the game in my library

ok, but if it says "processing", what do I have to do to get solutions? I understand that they have already charged me the payment.
You need to buy it from the EA app and NOT from steam.

If your transaction is stuck and showing a 'Processing' status, it could indicate an issue with the purchase finalization process. This can happen due to a few reasons, as mentioned earlier. I'd advise checking the transaction logs as there is still time for making pre-orders.
