Fc24 switch can’t connect to servers

Question

Took our excited son to eb games on launch day to pick up his pre ordered game, and have proceeded to spend hour after hour trying to get it to connect to the servers so he can use the online features.

nothing has worked, First thing was to activate his online access, swapped to 5g internet, reinstalled the game, checked every setting we could think of, read all the help articles (turn it off and back on was the offered support), read forums, checked server status, nothing has got it online.

paying $90 for a game pales into insignificance compared to the cost of our time spent trying to get it to work.

please provide some actual support for your product, not just a forum for other users to suggest fixes.

Sorry but that‘s an error on your side. I never had any connection issues. Are you also playing other video games with that wifi? Sometimes it‘s a wrong port that has been selected and does not allow connection to a video game server

Hello,My daughter has exactly the same issue with her FC24 switch version.She can go to youtube, play other games online with her firends, but still can't connect to the ea servers !!!Please, provide us a quick fix and stop to tell us the issue is on our own...

EA is garbage! &nbsp;They haven't replied back with any assistance to your post, and no ability to connect to FC24 online features. &nbsp;And you're right the only suggestion is to reset the router after reading the small book they refer to as "help." &nbsp;Here read all of this "help" and educate about "Connection Quality." &nbsp;But my PS5 never once had an issue ever playing FC24 online. &nbsp;It's the switch platform and needs to be addressed and remedied. &nbsp;&nbsp;
