Unjust, unexplained ban
My EAFC account has been banned for seemingly no reason. I play the game every game and it is important for my mental health. My state of mind has deteriorated since the ban since I am unable to play and have lost the sole outlet for my struggles.
I have never violated the terms of service. I play the game fairly and have invested a lot of time and money in FC points in order to get the team and the coins I have. It is especially shocking in light of my active participation in the FC community and commitment to the game, putting in literally hundreds of hours across gameplay, menus and the web app. I didn't even receive the courtesy of an email explaining why the action was taken against my account, so I am left in the dark wondering what happened and if I will be able to play again.
The case is under investigation by the TOS team and I hope they swiftly come to the right decision and restore my account. I wanted to post this here to see if anyone has had a similar experience and to raise awareness of this injustice. I cannot stress enough how detrimental this has been to my life.

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
