Unjust, unexplained ban

My EAFC account has been banned for seemingly no reason. I play the game every game and it is important for my mental health. My state of mind has deteriorated since the ban since I am unable to play and have lost the sole outlet for my struggles. 

I have never violated the terms of service. I play the game fairly and have invested a lot of time and money in FC points in order to get the team and the coins I have. It is especially shocking in light of my active participation in the FC community and commitment to the game, putting in literally hundreds of hours across gameplay, menus and the web app. I didn't even receive the courtesy of an email explaining why the action was taken against my account, so I am left in the dark wondering what happened and if I will be able to play again. 

The case is under investigation by the TOS team and I hope they swiftly come to the right decision and restore my account. I wanted to post this here to see if anyone has had a similar experience and to raise awareness of this injustice. I cannot stress enough how detrimental this has been to my life.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Sadly, all they do is to say that the sanction is correct and that the ban will remain, at least that's what they did to me. They don't really care I guess. I've opened 2 cases and both were rejected without even giving any reason about the ban. Now I just play Manager Career or Player Career since I can't play anything online.

    If our TOS team finds evidence to support the ban @usbaig786 then it will not be overturned.

  • I see you on nearly every post, and from user/consumer experience you should know this; They barely look through anything, if that. They just leave it, then provide an automated response VIA email to say the sanction will remain. Sometimes it's the case of the FC Bot striking an account, potentially a bug, etc, and then nothing gets done about it and then the ToS will simply not accept being in the wrong. I know you will have bias towards EA, that's fair but take into account the consumer experience. That should matter the most in any company, or they wouldn't exist in the first place.
