[ PlayStation] Can’t connect to ea server

I can’t connect to the ea server I get a message that I need to be signed in to the PlayStation network and signed in to the ea servers when I try to connect but I am signed in to the PlayStation net...

I’ll try three time to connect to RTTK CUP and when game started I lost connection of EA servers. I feel scamed, because there is 4 plays in 24 hours, because the servers for me left 1… Can you help me to reset my games? Or compensation…
