[ PlayStation] Can’t connect to ea server

I can’t connect to the ea server I get a message that I need to be signed in to the PlayStation network and signed in to the ea servers when I try to connect but I am signed in to the PlayStation net...

I lost my match, because the servers crashed during the match. I could not connect to the EA servers for at least another half hour even though my internet connection was working well. Is there any possibility on compensation on this one? I lost contracts on my players as well as the game I was winning at that time, which is extremely frustrating.
