[ PlayStation] Can’t connect to ea server

I can’t connect to the ea server I get a message that I need to be signed in to the PlayStation network and signed in to the ea servers when I try to connect but I am signed in to the PlayStation net...

Greetings, 

i have issue this third time for lost my connection I don’t know why because I will be in the rank 3 in the rivals  no one will compensate me
