Arabic commentary in fc 24

I purchased EA FC 24 with Arabic commentary, but despite selecting it in the game settings, the Arabic commentary does not function. The game consistently defaults to English commentary instead. Please urgently investigate and provide a solution to enable the Arabic commentary as advertised.
