Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Instantly when i log on to the game, it starts auto scrolling.
What happens when the bug occurs? Auto scrolls, cant manually scroll with my controller,.
What should be happening instead? Game detects my controller, does not auto-scroll and does not detect a controller that does not exist

This is a bug that has happened to many people before, and this is very annoying considering this is the second FIFA game in a row where it does this bug.
