Banned from transfer market for breaking rules when I didnt do anything!

I got banned and I tried to get to EA 3 times and was rejected and accused of something  I didn't do I even wrote this!  Message: Subject: Appeal Against Transfer Market Ban on EAFC 24 Account Dear ...

is the sanction still there after a month ? Anyway to remove the transfer market ban ?
